Horsemanship Camp – Stage 1

“Being able to read horses is one of the greatest skills a horseman can have, showing you which approach you need to take and helping you resolve problems quickly”. Stage 1 is where ‘horse savvy’ begins. Creating a positive balance of trust and respect, eliminating many common problems and safety issues.

The Camps give you an immersive setting at the ranch and help you develop a clear understanding of how to achieve respect and safety and give you a chance to put them to practice with hands-on help with Glenn.

Camps are full days – starting at 9 am-4:30 pm with a 1.5-hour break. Students tell us what they learn in these Camps helps them move forward in their horsemanship in very concrete and practical ways – making gains faster and with fewer issues than anything else they’ve tried. When you attend the Camps, you will learn how to work with your horse or any horse as your life with horses unfolds.
